We are currently in the midst of a major change in what people eat and in the way they eat because traditional eating has been related to positive health outcomes and sustainability. 

 To celebrate this sentiment and keep our traditional way of cooking alive, our artisanal Jackfruit chips are handmade using seasonal raw Jackfruit and wood pressed coconut oil. All the ingredients are ethically sourced from local farmers in Palakkad, Kerala.

 The Jackfruit is skinned and sliced into thin slices and then deep fried in a traditional chulha. During deep frying, little bit of water mixed with salt is added over the slices in the oil to make them salty. Traditionally, coconut oil is used for deep-frying the chips, which will give a pleasant aroma while eating and also makes them a healthier option to eat.

Handmade in small batches, our chips have no preservatives, no artificial flavour or color added. 

Enjoy them with a cup of steaming chai or coffee or just by themselves.
