Our coconut shell products are meticulously made by hand by skilled artisans. Minor variations may be seen in colour and texture. These should be deemed as a custom product and not as a manufacturing defect. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

As far as our food products are concerned, due to their perishable nature , we cannot accept returned merchandise. The company will not issue a refund to anyone who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
