Kachnar improves the digestive fire which corrects the metabolism and also helps to balance Tridosha. Gotu kola is a great adaptogenic herb that supports brain health, nerves, and mood. Flax seeds contain omega 3 fatty acids and are important for the normal function of the thyroid gland.

Ingredients: Kanchnar, Ginger, Ashwgandha, Flaxseed, Shatavari & Gotu Kola

Brewing Instructions:   Add 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80°C) on the tea and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes. All our teas (tea bags or whole leaf) can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep.
