STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Add some hot water 90 C- 95 C to 2 tsp of tea leaves. Infuse the leaves for at least 5 minutes before serving it.
APPEARANCE: Bright amber. ACCOMPANIMENTS: Before, after or with freshly buttered toast, pancakes, or even a rich meal of biryani but never on an empty stomach.
