A return/replacement request must be received within 3 days of the order being delivered. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes) at the time of collection by our courier partner. To return/replace a product, please send us an email at admin@onegreen.in to register the request stating the reason and attaching supporting images/videos. Once the request is approved, the product to be returned/replaced will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the order.
