Due to COVID-19 regulations and policies, we have a strict no return and no exchanges policy for all our products. If there is any special case where you believe that you have received a damaged product or received the wrong item, please share your return request in www.onegreen.in along with the picture of the product and your order number .In any case where we do approve an exchange, all products must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag still attached (wherever applicable). No used products will be exchanged. If a product is received in broken packaging or with a damaged piece, then the exchange is not guaranteed.
