Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return. To be eligible for return/exchange, your item must be unused and the labels as well as packaging intact. We are willng to exchange products in case of size issues. Most products are handwoven, and would like the consumer to expect irregularities in weaves because it’s what makes these pieces beautiful.
