We source our White Basmati from one of the oldest chemical free farms in India – in Mirzapur, U.P. The sweet fragrance of the basmati rice proves it’s fine quality. Use it to make your favourite rice dishes – Biryani, Fried Rice or simple Jeera rice enjoyed with a dal 🙂
Cooking tip – Basmati’s long grains don’t need to be soaked before cooking. Simply rinse, remove any starch present on the surface and enjoy the rice’s light, fluffy consistency – with each grain separate!
