Cooking Instructions:
Keep Frozen At or Below -18°C
Quick and Crispy – Deep Fry:
- Heat oil in deep pan to 180°C.
- Place frozen Popcorn Chicken lovingly into oil.
- Fry for 1:30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy delicious.

Given the perishable nature of our product and that it has to be stored frozen at -18 degree Celsius, we are unable to accept returns of our product at the moment. We only accept return or replacement requests in cases of Manufacturing Defect or Damage during delivery.
If there is any defect or complaint, you need to inform us by sending an email or calling our customer service number within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can replace or refund any product that was received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defects.
We take all possible measures to ensure that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may have been damaged during transportation
- or there may have been a manufacturing defect
- or that the wrong product was delivered to you
In cases such as above, we will replace the product for you at no additional cost or refund the entire amount paid, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 2 days after receipt of the package. We will not accept any requests for returns or replacements after the order is processed, except for reasons above.

- If the replacement product is not available, we will try to give the customer the best possible alternatives, but at the end, the choice of the customer will be final.
- If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
