We do not accept Returns.

Our policy lasts 48 hours after delivery of the product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The Exchange is not accepted if the wrong product is ordered by the customer, however, if the wrong product is delivered we would arrange a return pickup and the ordered product would be delivered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchange is not are granted: (if applicable)

* Toys with obvious signs of use

* Toys broken due to mishandle

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new product will automatically be dispatched to you within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be  exchanged.
