At Rashki, we stand by the quality of our products. 1. In case of defect, or damage in the product we facilitate a full refund or exchange with any other product of the same value, or higher value (subject to the patron paying the price difference, if applicable). The defect or damage should be highlighted to Rashki’s team and substantiated with images within 7 working days of delivery of product 2. Exchange: In case the customer changes their mind and wants to opt for another product from our range, they can choose that item from www.rashki.com as long as it is of same or higher value of item being returned (price difference has to be paid, if applicable). In this case we shall arrange a reverse pick up of the bag free of cost. We have a great assortment of laptop bags, handbags, organizers and masks to choose from   3. For any other case, if a customer wishes to return their product they will have to ship it back to Rashki’s warehouse in saleable condition on their own charges. Once the product is received at the warehouse and inspected, a full refund shall be initiated for the customer
