No refund, returns or cancellations are applicable on products bought on Sale or at discounted rates. Only products which have manufacturing defects or have expired or are expiring within six months or cases where incorrect products or damage products have been delivered to the customer, would be applicable for the return and refund policy within 7 days of purchase. Damage caused to the goods on account of negligence, improper use or wrong application on the part of the customer will not be covered under exchange/return policy. Our essential oils are Non-returnable. We thoroughly check our products and seal them before dispatching. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold or returned. This is to maintain the quality of our organic essential oils.
