For the purpose of this refund Policy, wherever the context so requires the term “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person including Online and offline customers and the term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean Ecotrendy.

If there are any issues with the product, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note that certain products tagged as non-returnable might not be eligible for return at all due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on ecotrendy.in.

Return will be processed only if:

1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
3. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
4. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

1. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
2. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
3. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
4. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card/debit card company to process and post the refund too. All financial transactions conducted by you using the Platform are conducted through a third party payment gateway (“Payment Gateway”) and your bank or financial service provider (“Bank”) and that we shall not be held responsible in any manner for any delay/ irregularity or failure in the completion of refund attributable to the Payment Gateway or the Bank or financial service provider.
