Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another color, and a different size. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.Your standard purchase is eligible for Return or Exchange if you find that you have received an incorrect product from what you placed an order for OR if your product has a quality or manufacturing defect of any sort. You will need to notify us about this within 2 working days (48 hours) of receipt of the product, based on the day it has been delivered to you by your chosen method of delivery.
