This multi-purpose Gluten-Free Atta (Flour) is suitable for consumption by those who have Celiac disease or have gluten intolerance. It is made from nutritious ingredients that are naturally free from gluten – Brown Rice, Jowar, Quinoa, Foxtail Millet, Tapioca and Psyllium Husk. It is processed in a facility that is gluten-free, dairy-free and soya-free. Each batch is tested in a laboratory to confirm that the gluten presence is less than 20 ppm (making it suitable for people with gluten allergy / intolerance).
It can be used just like a normal atta, for making chapatis, parathas and poories, and can also be used for gluten-free baking.
