All products on Herbal Strategi are eligible for a replacement/refund, depending upon the claim and our validation. Herbal Strategi has 48 hours return policy which means that a request for a return should be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product. Refunds are issued by Herbal Strategi only when,

–   the order was cancelled by the customer or Herbal Strategi.

–   the customer returned a product and requested for a refund.

–   the order placed has not been shipped/lost.

The refund will be processed by us once we validate the situation and after we receive the originally ordered product back from our courier / logistics partner.
