However, given the scale of operation, at times some minor glitches are unavoidable. Return and refund is possible, however please do not discard the product before getting in touch with our team.   Note: The standard Refund processing time is 7-10 business days, for more details write us on admin@onegreen.in   In order to keep things transparent and fair, you must adhere to the points mentioned below;   The items that need to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags and packaging should be intact. In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and refund you the entire amount. If a product shows sign of being broken or tampered with, then we will not be able to accept it. We expect that while returning the product it will be neatly packed and secured. We will not be able to entertain any damage/loss in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for wrong product delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit, then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position to replace the original one as well) Please Note: We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale or discount.
