Khichdi is traditional Indian comfort food and also one of the most iconic dishes that find presence in all Indian kitchens. In Indian culture, it is also the first solid food given to babies because it is packed with nutrition and easy to digest.
FittR Khichdi mix is a notch up in terms of its nutrition value as it’s made from different varieties of millets and moong dal. Millets are gluten-free, have a low glycemic index and are a source of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals.

Little Millets, foxtail millets, ragi, jowar, split green moong dal, split yellow moong dal, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, roasted black mustard seeds powder, roasted clove powder, roasted black pepper powder, dehydrated garlic powder and dehydrated ginger powder.
Directions to Use –
Step 1. Open the grains mix pack and wash with water.
Step 2. Heat a pressure cooker on cooking stove and add 1 tsp ghee (clarified butter) or vegetable oil and let it heat.
Step 3. Add the spice mix packet and washed grains mix and 650 ml of water
Step 4. Wait for 6 whistles and switch off the stove.
Let the pressure release on its own. Open the lid and serve hot khichdi.
