I am Megha from Bangalore, India. Little bit about me – I have been a fitness coach for over 4 years and a Bollywood dance instructor for 10 plus years now. I hold certifications in Pilates Mat and Foam Roller techniques and am also a certified Zumba instructor. I have been a dance enthusiast my entire life and developed passion for fitness after my second child was born 6 years ago! Both dance and fitness define my personality. They have taught me discipline, emotions, strength, togetherness, vulnerability all at the same time.
My mantra is simple – “progress is more important than perfection” and I prepare custom fitness program for my students based on what’s important for them. I also believe in delivering fitness with fun so that both your body and mind feel happy after my classes.
USP: My versatility in terms of knowledge of various areas of fitness and training. I specialize in cardio workout as well as workout focusing on core strength, flexibility and control. I am also well versed with strength training and related forms of workout. This helps me deliver a comprehensive training program for my students.
