For returns, refunds and cancellations

Cancellations
After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to by emailing us at admin@onegreen.in

Return Policy
We will ONLY accept returns If the products delivered are tampered with. You may send an email to us with attached photos/videos of the damaged bottles.

Refunds
Once the cancellation has been approved by us, and the payment has already been made, the refund will be processed and should reflect in your bank account within 2-4 days.

If you received Tampered/Damaged goods
We take these matters very seriously. We request you to send us an email along with attached photos/videos as proof to admin@onegreen.in Once our team verifies the proof sent, you would receive a refund or a replacement for the damaged products.
