Khichdi is traditional Indian comfort food and also one of the most iconic dishes that find presence in all Indian kitchens. In Indian culture, it is also the first solid food given to babies because it is packed with nutrition and easy to digest.

Directions to Use –
Step 1. Open the grains mix pack and wash with water.
Step 2. Heat a pressure cooker on cooking stove and add 1 tsp ghee (clarified butter) or vegetable oil and let it heat.
Step 3. Add the spice mix packet and washed grains mix and 650 ml of water
Step 4. Wait for 6 whistles and switch off the stove.
Let the pressure release on its own. Open the lid and serve hot khichdi.
Idli is a staple breakfast of southern India. We love and crave those steamed and yummy hot idlis. Instant oats powder, sooji (Semolina), split bengal gram, salt, mustard seeds, jeera, turmeric powder, dehydrated curry leaves, citric acid, and baking soda.
Directions to use –
- Add 1/ cup measure curd and 1 cup measure water to 1 cup measures of idli mix. mix well into smooth idli batter-like consistency. Add more water if needed.
- Grease the idli moulds with some oil or ghee.
- Without wait, pour the batter in the idli moulds and cook the idlis in idli steamer for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot oats idlis with chutney.
Dosa is the most savored breakfast (Tiffin) across India. It’s a staple in southern India but equally craved by the rest of India too.

Ingredients – Little Millets, foxtail millets, sorghum (jowar), green gram (moong dal), black gram (urad dal), bengal gram (chana dal), salt, cumin, black pepper, curry leaves, fenugreek, dehydrated garlic powder, and dehydrated ginger powder.
Directions to Use –
Step 1. Take one cup of millet dose mix and add 3 cups of water. You can optionally replace ½ cup of water with ½ cup of curd.
Step 2. Mix well into a smooth and flowy batter-like consistency. Leave the batter to ferment for 30 minutes (optional)
Step 3. Heat a skillet and smear a few spoons of oil with a piece of cut onion. Splatter one ladle batters onto the skillet.
Step 4. Add a few drops of oil. You can add chopped onions and green chilies to enhance the taste.
Step 5. Cook on a medium flame for around 3-4 minutes till the bottom of the dosa becomes golden brown.
Step 6. Use a ladle to remove. If it’s not coming out, it’s not cooked. Be patient, it will come out easily once it is cooked well. Flip it with a spatula to cook the other side for around 3 minutes.
Step 7. Remove and serve yummy FittR millet dosa with pickle or chutney.
Option II – You can add 1 cup of FittR Millet’s dosa mix to your 2 cups of regular dosa batter. Add water if needed to achieve dosa batter consistency.
Option III – You can also add this mix in a 1:3 ratio to wheat flour and make nutritious chapatis.
