The Amla, also known as Amalaki, Gooseberry or Indian Gooseberry, is a tree that is famous for its nutrient-rich fruits. It has been a common ingredient in the ancient Indian medicinal practice of Ayurveda.

Our powder is made from tree-ripened whole berries with the seeds removed, dried at low temperatures and finely ground to preserve the unique flavor and nutrition. It flushes toxins from the body, It’s an excellent detoxifier.

Some of our suggestion to consume Amla:

(1) You can add Amla powder with small amount of Fruit Juices. Prefer Homemade Juices or Good quality ready-made Juices. This is because Commercial Juices are high in Sugar and often leading to a tiring crash after that brief sugar high.

(2) You can Amla to Smoothies, One of the best-tasting ways to get the health benefits of amla.

(3) You can mix Amla powder with Sugar or Heney. ( Avoid this if you have Sugar problem, However antibacterial manuka honey with all of its beneficial properties could be a good option ).

(4) You can add it Amla Powder to a small glass of water, perhaps with some fresh lemon juice for cleansing the digestive system.
