Nobody thinks of ‘cake’ when anyone mentions breakfast. It’s time we change that because cake as breakfast has to be one of the most awesome things ever. Once you try it, there’s no going back! What’s even better is that when the cake is this healthy, you can eat as much as you like. With zero guilt.
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
- Grind the cookies into a fine powder.
- Add baking powder in the mixer along with the almond milk.
- Mix gently till you get a silky consistency .
- Pour the batter into a cake mould or steel bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Place the cake mould gently in a cooker and close the lid.
- Let it cook for 30-40 mins.
Tip: You can add some nuts into the mix and top the cake with some fruit.
Your cake is ready!
