Are there any shipping charges? Or hidden charges, maybe?

Good news! You will be extremely delighted to know OneGreen offers free shipping to all our customers, irrespective of the order value. Keep shopping with us while we deliver the best brands at your doorstep.

How long will it take to get my package?

We do wish to let you know that most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of placing an order. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped from our end. If you would like your order to be shipped to you earlier or delivered by a specific date, do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of the shipment along with the tracking details. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the email. Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to us. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.

Do you deliver to all cities?

We deliver to all cities, and that means to every nook and corner in India! But some products and some brands on our platform have logistic challenges and restrictions given the niche space of organic and fresh categories that we cater to. Therefore, there are some pin codes that we may not be able to service for now, and ONLY for certain products.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can order without registering. But for ease and convenience of shopping experience, payment and tracking of shipments, every customer is encouraged to sign up for an account.

What if I am not at home at the time of the delivery?
